How Callum-D3 Max works

Calcium carbonate supplies the mineral bone is built from. Bone is not inert -- it is broken down and rebuilt continuously, and after about thirty-five the breakdown outpaces the rebuilding. Supplementing matters most where the loss accelerates: after menopause, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and through the growth years when the skeleton is being laid down. Calcium carbonate carries the most elemental calcium per tablet, which is why it keeps the tablet a manageable size. It is taken with food, since it needs stomach acid to dissolve.
