If you already have a brand — or are about to launch one — and do not want to build a plant to make it, third party manufacturing is how it gets made. You give us the composition, the dosage form, the quantity and the artwork. We manufacture it under your name and dispatch it with full batch records.
Cista Medicorp has been manufacturing pharmaceutical formulations for more than twenty years from Panchkula, Haryana.
We have been manufacturing since before contract manufacturing became fashionable. Over 900 formulations are in production here across 22 therapeutic segments — so for most compositions, you are not paying for us to learn.
Assay, purity and stability testing is done in our own laboratory, on our own premises. Results are recorded against the batch, and nothing is released until they are in. Raw material is accepted only from approved vendors and tested on arrival.
Batch manufacturing records, certificate of analysis, stability data. Every batch is coded and traceable. This is the part clients notice second and value first: when a distributor or an inspector asks, the file is there.

The documents, and they are the usual ones:
Tablets — plain, film coated, enteric coated, sustained release and bilayered. Hard gelatin and soft gelatin capsules. Beta-lactam and non-beta-lactam ranges in separate dedicated blocks.
Dry syrups, oral suspensions and liquid syrups. Sachets and granules. Dry powder injections, liquid injections and infusions.
Creams, ointments, gels and lotions. Dermatology range including face wash, soap and shampoo. Eye, ear and nasal drops. Respules and rotacaps. Protein powders, nutraceuticals and food supplements. Ayurvedic and herbal formulations.
An arrangement where we manufacture a pharmaceutical product and you sell it under your own brand name. You keep the brand and the market; we take on the plant, the process, the quality control and the documentation.
It depends on the dosage form. Tablets and capsules carry a different MOQ from liquids or injections. Send us your composition, dosage form and packing and we will give you the exact figure with the costing.
A first order takes longer than repeat orders, because artwork, packing material and specification have to be approved before production starts. Tell us what you need and we will commit to a date in writing with the quote.
A drug licence, GST registration, trademark registration or the filing receipt for your brand name, PAN and the usual firm documents, plus a manufacturing agreement with us. For nutraceuticals it is an FSSAI licence rather than a drug licence.
Yes. Your artwork, your packing material specification, your brand. Nothing goes into production until you have approved it.
Yes — protein powders, immunity supplements and multivitamins, under FSSAI norms. Herbal and ayurvedic formulations are made through our Kosha Herbs division.
Formulations are produced at WHO-GMP compliant units following GLP, ISO and GMP norms, with in-house quality control on every batch and full documentation on dispatch.
Yes. If you would rather sell an established range under our brands than launch your own, that is our PCD pharma franchise, on district-wise monopoly rights.
