How Nexabled-ET works

This is a combination, and each component handles a different part of the problem. Tranexamic acid blocks the sites on plasminogen that let it dissolve a clot. Heavy menstrual bleeding is in large part a problem of clots breaking down too quickly in the uterine lining, so preventing that breakdown lets the clot hold and the bleeding reduce. It is not a hormone and does not affect the cycle. Etamsylate works on the small vessels rather than on clotting. It improves platelet adhesion and reduces capillary fragility, so the vessels in the uterine lining leak less. Paired with tranexamic acid the two act at separate points -- one on the vessel wall, the other on clot breakdown. One preparation therefore covers what would otherwise need two or three.

Why ChooseNexabled-ET?

Manufactured at a WHO-GMP certified facility under GLP, ISO and GMP norms, with raw material from approved vendors and in-house quality testing on every batch. A large share of this range is taken during pregnancy or over long periods, so consistency between batches is treated as a requirement rather than a target. Offered to PCD franchise partners on district-wise monopoly rights, with pan-India supply and complete promotional support.
