How Flutroy-AZ works

This is a combination, and each component handles a different part of the problem. Fluticasone is a corticosteroid delivered straight onto the nasal lining. It switches off the genes producing inflammatory mediators there, so the swelling, blockage, sneezing and running all settle -- an antihistamine addresses the sneezing and running but does very little for blockage, which is why a nasal steroid is first-line in persistent allergic rhinitis. Almost nothing is absorbed into the bloodstream, and the effect builds over several days rather than working from the first spray. Azelastine blocks the H1 histamine receptor directly on the nasal lining and also stabilises the mast cells that release histamine in the first place. Applied to the nose it starts working within about fifteen minutes -- far faster than a steroid -- so the combination gives immediate relief while the steroid effect builds over the following days. One preparation therefore does what would otherwise take two.

Why ChooseFlutroy-AZ?

Manufactured at a WHO-GMP certified facility under GLP, ISO and GMP norms, with raw material from approved vendors and in-house quality testing on every batch. Preparations for the nose are made under controlled conditions with attention to sterility, pH and tonicity, because a preparation that stings or irritates simply will not be used as prescribed. Offered to PCD franchise partners on district-wise monopoly rights, with pan-India supply and complete promotional support.
