How Fineraft works
Sodium alginate reacts with stomach acid to form a gel raft that floats on top of the stomach contents. When reflux happens, that raft goes up instead of the acid. The carbonate and calcium salts neutralise acid already present, so the two act together on reflux and on acidity.
