How Laizal-M works

This is a combination, and each component handles a different part of the problem. Montelukast blocks leukotriene receptors. Leukotrienes are inflammatory messengers released in allergy and asthma that tighten the airway and swell the lining, and they are not affected by antihistamines at all. Blocking them covers a part of the allergic response that an antihistamine alone leaves untouched. Levocetirizine and Cetirizine block the H1 histamine receptor.
