How Aclina-A works

This is a combination, and each component handles a different part of the problem. Clindamycin blocks bacterial protein synthesis at the ribosome. In acne it works on Cutibacterium acnes, the organism living inside the blocked follicle whose breakdown products trigger the inflammation, so the red inflamed lesions settle rather than only the surface being cleaned. Adapalene acts on the retinoic acid receptors in the skin cell nucleus, normalising how the cells lining the follicle mature and shed. In acne that is the root of the problem: the follicle blocks because those cells stick together instead of shedding. Working on the blockage itself is why a retinoid prevents new lesions rather than only treating the ones present. Adapalene is more stable in light and less irritating than older retinoids, so it suits longer maintenance use in acne. Infected, inflamed skin rarely has a single cause, which is why these are formulated together rather than applied one after another.

Why ChooseAclina-A?

Manufactured at a WHO-GMP certified facility under GLP, ISO and GMP norms, with raw material from approved vendors and in-house quality testing on every batch. Topical products live or die on their base -- how well the active spreads, how it feels and whether it stays where it is put -- and ours are formulated with that in mind. Offered to PCD franchise partners on district-wise monopoly rights, with pan-India supply and complete promotional support.
