How Oreflo-Plus works

This is a combination, and each component works on a different part of the problem. Dutasteride blocks 5-alpha reductase, the enzyme converting testosterone into dihydrotestosterone -- the hormone that drives prostate growth. With DHT suppressed the gland actually shrinks, by roughly a quarter over six months to a year. It is slow where an alpha blocker is fast, which is exactly why the two are combined: one relieves the symptom now, the other reduces the gland over time and lowers the chance of eventual retention or surgery. Tamsulosin blocks alpha-1 receptors on the smooth muscle of the prostate and bladder neck. An enlarged prostate obstructs urine flow in two ways: the gland is physically bigger, and the muscle within it is held tight. Relaxing that muscle widens the channel within days, which is why an alpha blocker improves the stream and the straining long before anything shrinks the gland. One tablet in place of two matters in a condition treated for years.

Why ChooseOreflo-Plus?

Manufactured at a WHO-GMP certified facility under GLP, ISO and GMP norms, with raw material from approved vendors and in-house quality testing on every batch. Much of this range goes to patients with reduced kidney function, who clear impurities less well than anyone else -- so impurity profiling and raw material identity are given more weight here, not less. Modified and extended-release products are additionally checked for dissolution profile, since a release curve that drifts changes the medicine. Offered to PCD franchise partners on district-wise monopoly rights, with pan-India supply and complete promotional support.
