How Urgibet-S works
Overactive bladder is the detrusor muscle contracting before the bladder is full, which is what produces the sudden urge. Solifenacin blocks the muscarinic receptors driving that contraction, and mirabegron stimulates beta-3 receptors that relax the same muscle during filling.
