How Movilox-D works

This is a combination, and each component handles a different part of the problem. Moxifloxacin blocks DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, the enzymes bacteria need to unwind and copy their DNA. Replication stops and the organism dies. Instilled directly into the eye, the drug reaches the cornea and conjunctiva at concentrations no tablet could produce there, while almost nothing enters the bloodstream. Moxifloxacin is a fourth-generation fluoroquinolone, which means it acts on both bacterial enzymes at once rather than one. Resistance requires two separate mutations instead of one, so it develops far more slowly. Ketorolac inhibits cyclo-oxygenase in the eye, cutting off the prostaglandins that cause pain, redness and swelling. Unlike a steroid it does not raise intraocular pressure, which is what makes it useful where inflammation has to be controlled without that risk. One preparation therefore does what would otherwise take two.

Why ChooseMovilox-D?

Manufactured at a WHO-GMP certified facility under GLP, ISO and GMP norms, with raw material from approved vendors and in-house quality testing on every batch. Preparations for the eye are made under controlled conditions with attention to sterility, pH and tonicity, because a preparation that stings or irritates simply will not be used as prescribed. Offered to PCD franchise partners on district-wise monopoly rights, with pan-India supply and complete promotional support.
